EAT WELL Survey

To help us get better, we are running a survey during May about our fans attitudes towards health, health food products and Paleo Foods Co. There will be 10 questions to answer and we would really appreciate it if you could participate. 

In return, you’ll be entered into a draw to win an Eat Well Hamper worth £75!
