Ingredients
5 medjool dates
1 tbsp coconut oil
Thick Greek yoghurt
Peanut Butter Protein Boost granola
Method
Slice the dates and remove the stones
Heat a pan over a medium heat and add the coconut oil to the pan
Let the coconut oil melt and heat then add the dates to the pan
Fry the dates for 2-3 minutes on each side until the skins are golden
Serve with thick Greek yoghurt and a generous sprinkle of our Peanut Butter Protein Boost granola
