Ingredients
100g 70% dark chocolate
Thick Greek yoghurt
Handful of fresh berries
Paleo Peanut Butter Protein Boost granola
Method
Melt the dark chocolate (70% or higher is best!) and coat the inside of a silicone egg mold. Pop them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until set.
Carefully peel your chocolate shells out of the molds. Dollop a generous spoonful of thick, plain Greek yogurt into each shell.
Sprinkle a generous sprinkle of our Peanut Butter Protein Boost granola over the yoghurt.
Finish them off with fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. The tartness of the berries perfectly balances the rich chocolate and nutty granola.
