Made with just 3 real food ingredients: thick Greek yoghurt, our Peanut Butter Protein Boost granola and freeze-dried raspberries. Packed with protein, healthy fats and fibre they are perfect for all of the family.
Ingredients
2 cups thick Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup Peanut Butter Protein Boost granola
2 tablespoons of freeze dried raspberries
Method
Line a baking tray with baking parchment, spoon the thick Greek yoghurt onto the tray and use the back of the spoon to create circles. Add the lolly sticks, then top with a little more yoghurt.
Sprinkle the ice pops with the granola and freeze dried raspberries
Pop in the freezer to set for a couple of hours.
