Ingredients
1 fresh peach
3 tablespoon thick Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
3 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup Pecan & Almond granola
Method
Blend half the peach, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and milk together and let sit in the fridge overnight
To assemble your chia pudding, layer it in a glass with yoghurt, granola and fresh peaches and enjoy!
