Peaches & Cream Granola Parfait

Thick Greek yoghurt. Juicy peach chia pudding. A moreish crunch of Pecan & Almond granola.


Cool, creamy, naturally sweet – and packed with good fats, fibre, and flavour.


Perfect for sunny breakfasts, snacky afternoons, or effortless desserts.

Ingredients

1 fresh peach
3 tablespoon thick Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
3 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup Pecan & Almond granola

Method

  1. Blend half the peach, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and milk together and let sit in the fridge overnight

  2. To assemble your chia pudding, layer it in a glass with yoghurt, granola and fresh peaches and enjoy!
