Savoury Potato Waffles

In a world of complicated recipes and long ingredient lists, we’re going back to basics.

This isn't your average waffle. There’s no flour, no mess, and no filler. Just simple, real food ingredients that come together for a breakfast (or lunch!) that feels as good as it tastes.

By taking whole baby potatoes and letting the waffle maker do the work, you get all the golden, crispy satisfaction of a waffle that’s packed with real food goodness.

It’s the ultimate canvas for fresh, vibrant toppings and a sprinkle of Paleo granola for that nutty, signature crunch.

Ingredients

  • 3 Boiled Baby Potatoes (fork tender)

  • Plain Yogurt

  • Fresh Avocado & Cherry Tomatoes

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Paleo Granola of choice

Method

  1. Preheat your waffle maker and brush a little oil onto the plates

  2. Add your 3 boiled baby potatoes and close the waffle maker firmly to smash them into a single, waffle shape

  3. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy

  4. Carefully remove your waffle and rest it on a plate.

  5. Add your toppings of yoghurt, fresh avocado & cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley and a generous sprinkle of Paleo granola
