Ingredients
2 nectarines
2 tbsp maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
2 tbsp water (for cooking)
1/3 cup Pecan & Almond granola
Method
Slice the nectarines into wedges and add to a pan
Add the water, maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon to the pain
Cook for 5min or till nectarines have softened and are slightly grilled!
Serve over thick yogurt and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup
